Southern American cuisine and food movement is on the rise at the moment and has been for a few years. Not only is there a conscious understanding of the importance of “farm-to-table” but the flavours are just mind-blowing – Bold, deep, interesting.

And so were all these wonderful ladies we had the privilege of looking after.  Not only were they easy going and appreciative of all we did, but they insisted on helping where-ever they could. It was very difficult to get them to just enjoy being taken care of.

Ladies thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent together in Cape Town. We hope to see you again soo in the near future
