So part of what we do at Devour Chef Works & Eatery is offer restaurant consultancy services. This ranges from menu development, to assisting in the full operations of kitchen and front of house.

Our current project with El Burro has been a fantastic success. Having worked closely with El Burro in the past as their Head Chef, as well as currently managing their food truck, we have an amazing friendship and close working relationship

Together with the team at El Burro, we launched the 2015 winter menu, as well as an incredible menu launch with Condé Nast House & Garden SA for the up-coming El Burro Taqueria which is set to open mid July 2015.
